Hardy Mendrofa

Novelis (13), practising uses a makeshift wooden poles 1.5 meters in the village of Bawomataluo, South Nias, Indonesia. Stone jumping is a tradition in Nias that was made mandatory for all male who have reached adulthood. This is a way to prove their manhood and ability to go war against another village.
