Ping Peralta

A rescue drill scenario was conducted by the Office of Civil Defence’s highly trained paramedics, firemen and volunteers in Bicol Region as part of the local government disaster preparation program. The program aims to increase the rescuers’ response to prevent or reduce the risks of casualties at the time of an actual disaster like fire and earthquakes. The drill was held at Bicol University, Legazpi City, Albay, Philippines.
